Programs and Insurance We Accept
The following programs help eligible individuals receive non-medical home care support:
- Aid and Attendance Program Provides qualifying Veterans, spouses, or surviving spouses with home care assistance and, in some cases, monthly financial compensation.
- VA Community Care Network (VA CCN) Allows Veterans to receive VA-approved home care services prescribed by their VA physician.
- Structured Family Care Enables a qualified family member living with the client to receive a stipend for providing daily care.
- Health and Wellness Medicaid Waiver Supports qualifying Medicaid recipients age 59 and younger who require in-home care services.
- Humana Horizon, UnitedHealthcare, and Indiana Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Coverage options for qualifying seniors ages 60 and older.
- Non-Waiver Services Home care services for individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid waiver programs.
- Handy Chore Program Provides assistance with household tasks that support safety and independence at home.
