Veterans Care & VA Benefits Support

Eligible Veterans and surviving spouses may receive up to $2,400 per month to help cover the cost of in-home care services.

Many of our nation’s Veterans and their spouses qualify for a valuable benefit through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs known as Aid and Attendance. This program helps offset the cost of non-medical home care for those who need assistance with daily living activities while remaining in their home or preferred residence. Although millions may be eligible, only a small percentage currently receive this benefit—often due to lack of awareness or misinformation regarding eligibility. At Client Conscious Care LLC, we believe Veterans deserve access to the support they have earned.

Aid and Attendance Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this VA benefit, the Veteran or surviving spouse must meet the following criteria:

  • Being 65 years of age or older
  • Being a Veteran, the spouse of a living Veteran, or a surviving spouse
  • Having served at least 90 days of active military service during a recognized wartime period (World War II, Korean War, or Vietnam War)
  • Receiving an honorable discharge
  • Meeting established income and financial guidelines
  • Requiring regular assistance with activities such as bathing, grooming, meal preparation, or similar daily tasks to remain independent at home

VA Accredited Benefits Assistance

Our VA Accredited Benefits Agents assist Veterans and their spouses with completing and submitting Aid and Attendance applications from the comfort of home. With professional guidance, approvals are typically achieved within two to five months, with an exceptionally high success rate. Applying independently through local VA offices can involve repeated visits, long wait times, and delayed decisions. Many claims submitted without proper support experience significant backlogs or denials.

Understanding the VA Claims Backlog

Hundreds of thousands of VA benefit claims remain pending for years at regional offices across the country. Investigations and reports have highlighted the need for reform due to excessive delays and mishandling of applications. Having experienced assistance can help Veterans avoid unnecessary setbacks and access benefits sooner.
